I pitched this story to Headspace. It follows a young girl’s journey through a psychosis as she tries to escape apparitions of eyes that emerge from silhouettes and shadows. These eyes are manifestations of her anxiety, and by turning inward, by focusing on her breath, she learns she can make the eyes go away.
